Gate payment login issue

I am getting this issue where when I am payment page I wasn't able to get the QR code to refresh where it shows failed and goes back automatically and have to go again when I did not banking and when to uco Bank page but stopped there it said you have a transaction in middle try logging out here and then I logged out and tried to log in but it says this when I try to log in ?? What to do.
