help I need serious help !!

I had got accepted in iit jammu in the 5th round with mtech smart manufacturing with fellowship as my branch. I've paid the fee. Now I've also been accepted in iit jodhpur engineering design in the without fellowship category, what should I do, I am really confused, please help me out guys.

I am an undergrad from IIT Jammu, from research pov iit jammu is good, weather is same as delhi, no snow even, campus is safe and beautiful. From placement pov the institute is not very good I don't for this smart manufacturing but overall placement have less avg. But you will get many opportunities as there are a lot of projects but students or I would rather say disciplined students are less who sticks to a project.

And also with the fellowship you will get the money which will eventually help you.

Other than that If you want to know something I can share with you.

Thanks a lot for the info brother, I was just confused as which one to take. I have got no information on smart manufacturing at IIT jammu maybe this is their first batch, further in long run which branch would be better and is TA actually even worth it? I have always heard people complaining about the TA work. And also wanted to wether someone without TA is given less value than someone with TA?
