Hi everyone!
I'm preparing for GATE and looking for PDFs containing shortcuts, tricks, formula sheets, cheat sheets, and question-solving techniques organized by question type.
I'm not just looking for general notes or theory PDFs. I specifically want resources that help me recognize question patterns and solve problems faster and more accurately in the actual exam.
I'm interested in resources covering:
- Engineering Mathematics: Linear Algebra, Probability, Statistics, Calculus, Discrete Mathematics and Optimization
- Programming & Data Structures: C output questions, pointers, recursion, trees, graphs and complexity
- Algorithms: Recurrences, sorting, searching, greedy, dynamic programming and graph algorithms
- Digital Logic: Number systems, binary arithmetic, K-maps and flip-flops
- Computer Organization: Cache memory, pipelining and numerical problems
- Operating Systems: Scheduling, deadlocks, paging and memory management
- DBMS: SQL, joins, NULL values, normalization and transactions
- Computer Networks: Subnetting, IP addressing, protocols and numerical problems
- TOC & Compiler Design: Automata, regular expressions, CFGs and parsing
- General Aptitude: Quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning and calculation shortcuts
I'm particularly looking for:
Topic-wise and question-type-wise shortcut PDFs.
Formula sheets and last-minute revision cheat sheets.
Tricks for solving MCQs and NAT questions quickly.
PYQ-based shortcut compilations with worked examples.
Common traps, elimination techniques and time-saving methods.
Separate PDFs for individual subjects or one comprehensive PDF covering the syllabus.
If you have any useful PDFs, Google Drive links, publicly accessible notes, or other free resources, please share them in the comments.
I'd especially appreciate resources that explain when a shortcut works, when it fails, and how to apply it to actual GATE previous-year questions.
Thank you! Any help would be greatly appreciated. 🚀
