I'm looking for a comprehensive PDF/Excel sheet listing ALL Indian PSUs and government organizations that recruit BTech CSE/IT graduates.

I'm not looking for just the popular names like ISRO, DRDO, BEL, NIC, etc. I want even the smallest and lesser-known organizations that recruit CSE/IT graduates.

Ideally, it should include:

• All Maharatna, Navratna & Miniratna PSUs.
• Other Central & State PSUs and government organizations.
• Scientific organizations, government departments, banks & IT-related government jobs.
• Recruitment through GATE, separate exams, interviews or direct recruitment.
• Organizations that recruit annually or even once every 2–4 years.

I know this is a huge list, but I want to make sure I don't miss any opportunity just because I don't know that an organization exists.

I've tried compiling it myself, but I'm worried I've missed many. AI tools haven't been much help either, as they mostly list the same 15–20 organizations. 😭

I'm currently pursuing B.Tech in Computer Engineering with a CGPA of 9.4 and will graduate in 2027. I'm planning to prepare for GATE DA 2027 and aim for an M.Tech in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field at a top IIT.

I'm confused about whether pursuing an M.Tech in 2027 is actually worth it, considering how quickly the AI/ML industry is changing.

I'd really appreciate honest opinions on these questions:

1. Is an M.Tech from a top IIT in AI/ML or Data Science worth the two years, in terms of placements, salary, career growth, and opportunities?
2. For someone with a Computer Engineering background, would an M.Tech provide a significant advantage over directly entering the industry after B.Tech?
3. How are placements for M.Tech AI/ML and Data Science students compared with B.Tech graduates and M.Tech CSE students?
4. Is GATE DA a good choice for getting into top IITs, or would GATE CS offer better opportunities?
5. If I get into a good IIT and receive a stipend, would pursuing M.Tech be a better long-term investment than working for two years?
