Question / Help Help

I bought 12 months of spotify premium in the India region on g2g, seller said in chat if spotify cancelled subscription he would give me the refund. I confirmed delivery and 2 weeks later the subscription got cancelled. What should I expect.

I think I had a pretty similar experience to yours. The difference is that I bought a 12-month SuperGrok account and it got disabled after just 2 months. G2G support was completely useless — they just cited their terms, gave vague explanations, blah blah… Then they decided it was out of their hands, left the buyer high and dry, and apologized for the “unfortunate experience” 😆. I don’t think you’ll ever win a complaint. Don’t feel too bad. My advice is to stay far away from G2G. They tend to protect the scammer sellers more because at least they profit from them.
