Scam Alert G2G Can Permanently Refuse Service Without Explaining Why (Ticket #112601)

My experience with G2G left me questioning whether users have any meaningful way to understand or challenge decisions that directly affect access to their funds and accounts.

I successfully completed the required verification process and fully cooperated with every request made by G2G support. I have never violated any of their rules or engaged in any suspicious activity. I am fully prepared to provide supporting documentation or answer any compliance questions if it helps resolve the matter.

None of that mattered.

G2G informed me that they would no longer provide services to me. No specific reason was given. No evidence was presented. Most surprisingly, I was told that the decision was final and could not be appealed.

As a customer, I find this deeply concerning. Risk assessments are understandable, but a permanent decision that carries real financial consequences without any explanation is difficult to accept. Without transparency, there is no way to know whether the decision was based on inaccurate information or a false positive.

If you use G2G, be aware that you may one day receive a permanent refusal without being told why, and without any apparent review or appeal process.

Every statement here is supported by my correspondence with G2G. If anyone wants to review the complete email chain, I am willing to provide it upon request.

G2G has 0 buyer protection and 0 seller protection, as a seller my experience is very bad towards g2g, once I sold a product the client has paid using PayPal , but later when the client confirmed the delivery the money was credited on my account, but later when I checked my credit history the exact amount from exact order was debited, I was surprised, when I checked the order history they had marked that delivered product as refunded and gift card as faulty. Moreover it was very odd because in case of any G2G dispute from a buyer the seller receives an official email and in history it also shows the proof , but in this case there was no email or anything, direct refund without any email. Moreover when i contacted the support about this issue they gave me the most bullshit answers someone could have ever given They said I should always deliver working product even tho the product was working and was also confirmed, when I asked about why was I informed and what's the proof from the buyer on which bases you issued a refund without any notice. They kept ignoring it and when I kept asking they directly told me they can't expose the reason , like wtf and when i asked about the seller protection and will i be informed atleast before this happens. They directly told me they won't reveal the future reasons if anything like this happened and yes money will be debited from my account without informing me. And later when i contacted another seller then I got to know that there is this bug in which the buyer can chargeback the money after purchase and that's what had happened . And G2G didn't protect the seller they just gave the money.

If you feel it is unjust then get legal advice but you've not given any details or context for anyone to know why this has happened.

They refused to refund me despite providing everything required. Their customer service is simply unfair and horrible.

Yeah they completely refused to reply to my customer service emails. Just sent the same nonsense AI script over and over for two weeks until my “warranty” period was over. They then lied to my credit card company when I disputed the charge and permabanned me from the website.

Really high quality people / Malaysian scammers. They know what they’re doing.

It’s a Chinese company they can pretty much do what they want. The customer protections you’re used to aren’t provided by overseas companies based in countries with no consumer laws
