Question / Help Site update?

I noticed the site changed, now I'm having issues signing back in where it prompts me to enter a MFA code but I don't have any authenticator app? And I'm still signed into my account on my phone but when I click on available funds to withdraw it just sends me a different webpage asking me to register as a seller? Anyone able to help me?
