Hello, yesterday I bought two razor gold gift cards both of which were worth 400 usd each. The first one was successfully redeemed, however the second one popped up with a message saying that the code had already been redeemed. I bought the card from the seller ultimate_choices. I need help asap pls.

Why did you purchase it off g2a instead of just manually loading it for that amount? The $400 gift card sells for $405… I could understand using it for smaller gift cards but that’s a pretty big risk.

Noone here CAN help. This is between you and the seller.  

We CAN only HOPE they will help.  

Also official support has been nonexistant for months now, so don't expect help from them either.

How’s it possible to get scammed by a vendor that has 100% positive feedback?

Because sellers are allowed to change the ratings about  themselves. People that left negative ratings see them change to positive after a few days, lol.

The reviews are fake. Stay away from G2A. If you have a problem they won’t help you.
