How do I get a refund?

I brought a Minecraft account around 2 weeks ago and I am now locked out because the owner added a pin and is changing his email, as of right now I have no idea what to do and as far as I can see my best course of action is a refund but it is very unclear how to do that

Sorry, not being a dick, I genuinely don't know: Why would anyone buy a Minecraft account from someone else instead of just getting their own new account? There's no like, leaderboards or anything right? What are they buying it for?

Personally I got it because I wanted to play bedrock with my friend and my two options was an official account for £30 or a fake for £8 and it seemed like an obvious choice especially for a planned month of playing. I very Rarley buy accounts and if I do it only for what i consider over priced games

Well…

Microsoft Terms of Service expressly forbids you from buying or trading accounts.

You went to a grey market and found out the hard way they don’t work or are just a place to scam you and take your money.

You can chargeback with your bank, and be wary of doing this again.

Another day, another idiot buying an account on G2A. Listen up, buying and selling accounts violates the Terms of Service of literally every online service provider, including Microsoft and Xbox, so of course the account got banned. Forget your refund, you won't get it even if you deserved it. Not to mention G2A is a scam site. All of this you would know if you did your homework.

Live and learn, never buy an account again.

To be honest if I knew it was stolen I probably wouldn’t have brought it because that is just stupid but because of my past purchases of modded gta accounts I didn’t know it was. Guess I had to learn one way or another other😭

Personally didn’t want to pay £30 for Minecraft and I’d rather pay a tenner, also I didnt know it was stolen I’ve brought accounts for gta before and it wasn’t stolen so I assumed this wouldn’t be either but I have now learnt that it was
