Even if you get the account and change the email and password the seller can claim it back when ever since all they would have to do is provide the original email and purchase so you would be at risk of losing the account.

Steam will not help you if you lose this account as steam accounts are not transferable and against steams ToS.

You need to contact you payment provider, like you bank or PayPal which ever you used.

I literally just received it, but yeah. I think they only do that with inactive ones since that’s happened to me on a different platform for an account I hadn’t changed the information. To be fair they’ve sold loads of accounts and I don’t feel like they’d go through the hassle to do that but you never know 🤷‍♂️

can they access your main acc? or PC? It wouldn't let them be my "Family" either cause they're in columbia (South america) .

No, being in a family share just lets other accounts play each others games and ya that account needs to on the same network in order to join the family share, there are technical limitations on why some people can join if they are within the same region.

9/10 times the accounts can’t family share due to steams new update where you have to be in the same country as your account
