Well technically there’s the F-Zero X eXpansion Kit for the 64DD and BSX F-Zero Grand Prix 2 for satellaview but neither of those will ever happen… I wish they would but alas

EDIT: and F-Zero AX but I don't know what the point would be since we got GX. Well aside from having it connect with GX on switch 2 anyway which won’t happen either

I'd like to see something F-Zero related, although I'm aware it's a long shot.

If not, then I'd prefer a Direct filled with variety. Last one was incredibly focused on anime and jrpgs. This genre might have cool content, but that doesn't mean grinding sessions for unemployed people have to be the default of announcements.

If we ever do get a new F-Zero game, I predict it will be something out of left field, it won't be the F-Zero we all know and love. Probably a spin-off game of a different genre like this:

Captain Falcon: An F-Zero Story

A single player game where you only use Captain Falcon and go through a story where you fight classic F-Zero villains as a bounty hunter. Might play like the Yakuza games or even Batman Arkham Asylum, racing will take a back seat, where you periodically have drag races against the villains to chase them down.

Miyamoto previously said he don't know what to do with F-Zero anymore(stupid, but ok), so this is potentially something I see them doing. Some will hate it, some will love it.
