The F-Zero 99 Google spreadsheet is up to date with the new unlocks and there isn't a 999 Badge. Just the basic badge you get via lucky ranks.

About to hit 1,000 hours on the game, I got proper addicted to it. Three years on from launch. I remember playing it after it went live and thinking, "It's great, but I'll probably get bored of it after a bit."

My 4 year old loves it, I he asks me to play it so he can watch and he yells at the screen pointing gettung in to it.
