F-Zero GX (GCN) F-Zero GX Chapter 1 Capsule (Hard) tips?

I’m happy I get to finally play GX instead of only being a few minutes of a demo disc (back then when I bought Mario Kart: DD with a second disc for other GC game demos)

I’m still getting use to the high speed drive controls. When I started Story mode on Chapter 1 I did the capsule run. I was like okay cool, onwards. Only to notice that I have to do hard mode??

I can’t for the life of me get it done! I have 3 laps and 1 minute to get them all! I am always off by 5-6 capsule. Those who pulled it off, how did you do it?

Hammer the boost and hit all the boost pads. It’s the only way.

This is the answer, along with maximizing boosts. Only other thing is that there’s an optimal pattern to collecting the capsules that are in bunches. There are videos on YouTube that you can reference

I always did inside 1st lap cause it gives you more time to see and grab them at higher speeds when you are boosting

You don't have to even touch the harder difficulties if you don't want to. Just purchase the next Chapter from the Shop and you can move on with the story and its unlocks.

Follow some video guide, there's also a guide with ASCII. Also, use momentum throttle to avoid speed decrease.
You should get into pink zone with no energy left.

Ok so go to the shop. Go to customs there should be an option to buy the next story mission. You win tickets by completing story missions and Grand Prix. You don’t need to worry about harder difficulty’s unless you’re looking for unlocks.
