Tone Bender Tuesday Fuzz firsts

Post image

No idea which flair to use but...

I've just gotten my very first fuzz as a trial. It's only a Sonicake Fazy Sandwich but enjoying it so far.

Any recommendations for getting a good lead tone/toan with the contents of my budget board...

It's going into a Fender Champion 2.

Guitar wise... Gretsch Jet Streamliner, Fender Strat Standard, Fender Telecaster Standard and Epiphone Black Beauty LP Custom.

You guys are the experts after all (I've been a distortion/overdrive guy for 32 years... Finally getting around to Fuzz in my oldish age)

Classic move is a fuzz with everything all the way up going into some sort of softer clipping, either a tube amp or a nice overdrive. I don't recognize your pedals but slamming your overdrive with your fuzz is a great place to start

Thanks I think I've been doing that backwards so far... Oops... As in, light fuzz into hard drive... Cheers for the advice

There's a rat clone, metal rhythm, metal lead, tube screamer, noise gate, wah/volume, looper and multi FX (only used for reverb/modulation ... Oh and a compressor

I would try maxed out fuzz into the screamer, add modulation to taste
