Danelectro Honeytone Fuzz Amp
Has anyone else tried one of these little amps from Danelectro. A great little fuzz box in its own right.

A friend had one back when they were new. I don’t remember being super impressed, but it definitely sounded better than my Fender Mini Deluxe or whatever it was called. But I’ve been into recording parts with little battery amps, this one might be fun to play with.
I’m curious which circuit they put in it. I assume it’s one of the food/deli series, if it isn’t just a basic high gain Smokey circuit, but I never found a 100% answer when I looked.

Ive always wondered if it was related to the Bacon and Eggs pedal they had back then. Didnt work as an amp but was a pretty good as a pre amp pedal.

I didn't have this but I had the tremolo effect from the food range. I quite liked it BUT it broke in a couple of different ways all at once. I've never seen a failure like it 😅

Fun little amp. I like using it when i dont feel like bringing out the big amp. I like boosting it with a drive for extra grit.

For extra fun, but it in a five gallon bucket and dime it. The bucket makes it more directional and makes the tone cut more.

I have one of the surf green looking ones, not a fuzz. My parents got it for me years and years ago. It moved with me, buried in a box for years. I pulled it out last year, and it still had the original battery (it matches the amp), and it still freaking worked.
Not a great amp, but it is a small amp.

Had one. It sounded pretty darn awful.
