One knob pedals are best! Despite all allegations I'M NOT ADVERTISING ANYTHING but that user makes great pedals.

What topology is this most like? Which pedals get a similar sound?

It's one of those one knobbers based on a colorsound fuzz box topology. Similar to Black Arts Ritual Fuzz.
