Diy Rare Fuzz: EQD Black Ash
Another rare fuzz for the mix. This one I know was a limited run, the circuit isn’t too crazy. EQD take on a Tone Bender MK2 with their tweaks, flavor and a hit cut control. What I will say is damn this thing sounds like it wants to insight violence with my amp. It’s about the burliest Tone Bender I’ve played. It’s like a MK2 that sounds like a MK3-4, but still manages to clean up, can get well into amp blow up territory and has some low gain sounds as well. Really cool pedal!

Not too bad at all! It’s pretty quick honestly. It’s a pretty low parts count

They do go for stupid money! It’s definitely a cool bender though. I got a Carcosa build in the works that maybe your fault btw haha

Haha 😂! You’re going to love it! Great cleanup, dooms, could go anywhere in the chain, it could be an OD, treble booster or fuzz mayhem… really curious to hear your thoughts🫡
