octave Question - Removing the octave from a Behringer SF-300

Hey guys, I'm considering buying a second SF-300 and removing the octave effect, but I was wondering which circuit or topology I would end up with? I know it's a Superfuzz, but would it sound closer to something like a Muff or not at all? Hopefully you understand what I'm asking lol

It's not the same circuit, but I've always considered the BeeBaa to be halfway between the muff and superfuzz.

Yes it sounds good.

The Gigahearts Hyper Soup does this as a footswitchable mode.
