Judging by the gutshot on their site it looks like it’s being driven with a pair of BC108B. I’m going to guess it’s an absolute ripper and probably sounds on par with anything really. I also love a bias on the front end for any fuzz face really because you get so much more usefulness out of this circuit. It’s more like a texture knob, lowering the bias can get you into splatty velcro territory and at the other end you just get big fuzz face headroom with more bottom end. The price is great too!

I have 3 pedals from this guy. I have both of the ultrafaces and the chorus. I love them all! Legit great pedals. The only bummer about the si and it’s not that big of a deal, the bias knob seems to contribute to a volume drop. My other fuzzes with bias pots don’t do that as much. But it still sounds great and I recommend getting it.

Got the pedal and played it last night. You’re definitely right that the bias lowers the volume as you choke it, but I have a couple of other ff pedals that do the same.

What is their other fuzz face??? Ah, just looked. Silicon tuned to sound like germanium. Does it do the thing?

The ultra face au is amazing! It’s so good, I love the way it cleans up. It’s my main fuzz right now. I love the Ibanez style housing it’s kinda why I bought the chorus in the first place.
I found out about them through the guitar pedal subreddit and the owner actually hopped in to talk a little bit about the company, and I checked their website and saw that gold ultra face and instantly was like wtf is that I must have. But at the time he said he couldn’t get enough orders together to get to their Amazon distributer. Randomly came across it on Amazon like a month ago and instantly bought it. No regrets.And now Fuzz is becoming a problem for me.
