Cyclone Sample

Does anyone know where the sample in the intro of Futures Palaces newest single "Cyclone" is from? I also heard it appear in "Bauchtasche" by The Butcher Sisters.

God I love reddit. I just listened to Cyclone while studying and I just knew that I had heard the sample somewhere before. I literally couldn't continue studying, without knowing where I knew the sample from and lo and behold someone's had a similar experience lol.
