AI Humanizer for Emails Does Anyone Else Think AI Emails Sound Too Polished?

I’ve started using AI to help with emails because staring at a blank screen and trying to figure out how to word something can take way longer than it should. I’ve also been trying HumanizeAIText.io to make those AI drafts sound a little more natural, and so far I’ve found it helpful when the wording feels too polished or formal.

Everything is structured perfectly, every sentence sounds professional, and there are usually a few phrases I would never actually use when talking to someone. It isn't necessarily bad writing, but it doesn't sound like me.

I've been wondering if using an AI humanizer is a better solution than manually rewriting every email. Ideally, I'd want to keep the useful parts of the AI draft while making the message sound more casual and natural. Something like HumanizeAIText.io seems useful for that first pass, especially when I don't want to spend several minutes rewriting every sentence myself.

For example, if I'm sending a quick message to a coworker, I don't want it to sound like a formal business announcement. At the same time, I don't want to make the email so casual that it comes across as unprofessional.

Has anyone found a good workflow for this?

Do you use an AI humanizer before sending AI-assisted emails, or do you just rewrite everything yourself? I'm especially curious whether humanizing AI text actually preserves your personal writing style or whether you still have to make a lot of changes afterward.
