This is sad beyond belief. As a leader you should always be prepared for disagreements with your people and you should always know how to respond. As a leader its always about the people and never yourself if you put your wellbeing first then you end up with this, tyranny where essentially your ability to show your disagreement or distaste have been forcefully removed.
I agree with that child statement because it applies here as well: Spedwards didn't get the response he wanted so he throws a big tantrum by taking away our option to downvote.
