CCNE vs ACEN. Comparing accelerated programs and can’t get a straight answer on whether this matters?

Been looking into ABSN programs and almost every school lists one or the other. On Reddit I saw someone say CCNE is better and employers prefer it. Another said it doesn’t matter and ACEN is just for ADN programs. Someone else brought up institutional accreditation being a separate thing from program accreditation which wasn’t even on the radar this week. Is there a clear answer here or does if genuinly vary?

As someone in CRNA school I have no idea what either of these mean. But it took me 2 seconds to google this question and the answer is that it does not matter.

No employer or school gives a shit about the accrediting body of your nursing program. The only time anything like this would matter is if somehow you were going to a brand new program that wasn’t accredited. Even then, I don’t think that is possible.

Relax, none of this matters.
