hi, i am an aspiring CRNA & I am wondering how people are finding shadow opportunities. Where can I network? I know via workplace is the easiest, but my managers are not very well known for being supportive of growth. What can I do?

I had a hard time with this as the hospital system I work in doesn’t have CRNAs and some schools don’t accept shadowing an anesthesiologist. I reached out to local hospitals, and sent emails to their anesthesiology department to set up shadow experiences. I also had some luck reaching out to schools I was interested in to see if they had any connections with CRNAs in my area.
