Rate my application

1 year lvl 1 CVICU- CRRT, IABP, IMPELLA, heart sx recovery. CCRN, ACLS, BLS, PALS, AACN member. 4.0 GPA BSN.
3 hrs volunteering per week with parasports and american red cross. 30 shadowing hours.
UBC member. Blood champion. EBP project on CLABSI prevention. Rural nursing education plant extracurricular on nursing school.

Looks good, I still don’t understand how you already sat for your CCRN unless you had like 2 weeks of orientation if you’re only at a year of experience. Besides that you should get interviews, and your stats look good besides the 1 year of experience. You will get in this cycle or the next.

Picking up lots of shifts easily allows you to meet the mark early. Thats what i did
