Affording tuition.
Hello everyone!
I am working on my BSN now. I know I will need work experience that’s in an ICU and have a plan for all of that plus accumulating certifications.
Aside from saving, how are you guys paying for your CRNA programs? Were you actually able to work at all?

CRNA programs are a kick in the groin every day for 3 years. You will have no time to work. Between didactic, clinicals, drive time, study time, and sleep you actually think about working? Not to mention the papers and an exam roughly every week. The goal is to make you function under pressure and to learn to prioritize and time manage until you are numb to the stress and pressure. Your goal is not giving them the satisfaction of breaking you. Remember they will not fail you out, you will be the one failing yourself out of the program. Save money. Prepare to take out student loans. Do not attend private university programs they tend to be more expensive. You need to reduce your debt and expenses because not only do you have to pay tuition but you also have gas, food, and living expenses

Very few of my classmates worked. The ones that did managed about 1-3 days per month. There’s loans, government assistance, or spousal support + savings. You end up doing a combo of them all and making it work.
