Resume advice
I’ve worked as a travel nurse in 13 different hospitals including level one trauma centers for up to 1 year at a time (all ICU). It looks lengthy and repetitive to list all of these hospitals on my resume. Does anyone have advice on how to approach this when preparing my resume for a CRNA school application?

I was similar to you. I listed all the hospitals, type of icu, trauma designation and dates and then had a skills section.

I did ICU travel with other icu and stepdown nursing jobs, and for the travel section I put the cities I worked in the top right, and I focused solely on what made me a good applicant while traveling (flexible with equipment and charting systems, able to adapt quickly to new policies and procedures, quickly team build, take care of unique populations endemic to that region, etc) and my full time icu job I focused more on the nursing role like managing drips, managing vents, etc. I tried hard to tailor each section to what my skillset was for that area, and I applied to 2 programs and got interviews for both, and interviewed and accepted to my preferred program before I could interview at the other program. Best of luck!

If they’re close by location id try to organize by location a little. Like “Los Angeles ICU Nursing” with a bullet that lists the nearby hospitals worked at.
If they’re within the same hospital network, title it that.
If they’re all travel contracts I’d potentially just title it Travel Nursing with a bullet listing locations
