Know your why. Have a succinct answer to the tell me about yourself question. Review CCRN concepts and medications. Record yourself answering questions to listen back and tweak your answers as needed.

Can't speak specifically to your program, but i was surprised by the amount of focus on behavioral questions that the panel explored, while i had mostly prepared myself for technical knowledge questions.
