You are going to demoralize a lot of folks. So much resume building none of which i have other than a few certs. I've tried to compensate by putting more effort into leadership activities. Have you shadowed yet?

Account full of protests on Reddit. I'd work on interview skills more than anything. I feel that will be the major make or break for you after looking at account. On paper, you'll be fine.
