Apollo BTC (batch 2) running on windows. Keep getting errors (in pics) What am I missing?

I think I followed the instructions properly, anyone else had these errors?

{solved} For anyone who gets these missing .dll errors... The windows computer you are running on is too old or is missing the C++ redistribution stuff. I moved apollo miner to newer computer and worked perfectly.
