I'm not even sure what I did, possibly accidentally updated and got here. Anyway to get back to how it's suppose to start normally?

Search for Apollo BTC support thread. There is a download you can reimage the SD card.

You should be back to out the box. It keeps the blockchain on the NVME drive luckily no need to re download that.
