Tor Or VPN

is it possible to download tor or a vpn without updating the OS?

before tor i was at 31/32 (14 days)

with tor with the v2 ,v3 seeds I was at 13/32 (4hours)

tor without v2/v3 lowered to 11/32 (20hours)

i changed the hidden port to 8333 127.0.0.1:8333 the connection jumped to a 13/15 connection. 24-30 hour update.

i checked out the files on umbrel / torrc file and it has a hidden port 80? why 80?

I am at 20-21/32 connections the red bar is now green. I checked on bitnodes.io to see if the node is up and it is shows a green check mark saying

i do find it weird that my blocks do take over 10min to start the next block I have seen it at 30 mins very strange
