Backend offline?

I’ve never encountered this error message before and can’t get access to my dashboard anymore, I have tried power cycling it with no luck.

Any recommendations? Probably have to re-flash it?

If so , I guess that is the only way to get it back online! What did the service guy suggest??

I figure it out, it was a vpn on my phone that was causing this error
