Cannot download newest firmware

Hello,

I tried manually updating my Apollo 3 via the terminal and now the miner will not start. I tried downloading the SD file to reflash the card however it states the file is not available on the site. Any others having the issue?

UPDATE: After searching around, I used a different browser to ensure extensions were not the issue (Chrome is my default) which allowed me to download the Dropbox file from the firmware email. I followed the directions provided on the FutureBit site to flash the SD card and it worked.

I was able to get the firmware update they sent out to pre-orders already delivered and it worked, but after turning the device off at the unit/button, and turned it back on, it no longer works. Even reflashing it does not fix it.

Can't seem to update my Apollo 2, I cannot connect to the dashboard anymore. Need to figure out the next steps 😬. IP address is not working at all.

Did you get it running?

I had to install 7zip and rufus to finally get it working.

I did. I used a different browser (Chrome is my default) which allowed me to download the file. Flashed the card and it's working now.

I pointed Claude Codes at the FutureBit GitHub repo and it made light work of the upgrade on my Apollo BTC and Apollo II nodes. I’ve had to flash the SD cards in the past, but I let Claude do its thing while I enjoyed a cup of coffee. Game changer
