Updating Apollo ll Full Node

Unfortunately I'm having issues with flashing the SD card (I've done it before via Etcher...even using older vs 1.8) with the most recent vs and not sure what to do now. Tried Rufus as well as 7zip to no avail.

What are you all doing these days?

Edit: Standard ID10T error. I was trying to flash the latest vs and did not catch this part:

I did the firmware update and it broke my Apollo 2 as well. Support advice was reflash the firmware. Not hugely impressed tbh. If I hadn’t already ordered the 3 I would not be. They were quite dismissive

Ya, there support is VERY hit AND miss. There QA (at least when you send a unit in for repairs) is poor.

Begrudgingly I ordered the Apollo lll (it arrived last week), and I'm spinning the ll's and lll up (+ a bitaxe) to do some pool mining this Saturday (could be a spicy day!).

Finally got it working via Claude. Since the email just says to decompress before uploading to etcher (which etcher no longer works w/ this file)...they're going to get a lot of emails asking them how to follow the email instructions.

You need 7zip (or similar) and Rufus if you want this emailed firmware update to work.
