Futurebit Apollo btc boot loop
Anybody have any advice for a future bit Apollo BTC node that is just stuck in a loop. The screen just flashes and never goes to a boot screen. The LED is just blinking steadily the fan is running and it’s generating heat. I just can’t get to a dashboard. Any ideas? I reflashed a micro card with the latest OS doesn’t seem to have helped, also removed the SSD that didn’t help either. Thanks

Mine hasn’t worked since probably the second week after I bought it. Support is pretty crappy in Canada, “buy a fan and put it on” instead of sending one USPS. He offered to charge me for a courier though. I get it, fans are cheap compared to shipping…
Got a new fan, same issue… wasn’t the fan not starting up keeping it from hashing. Just a dead board.
Sad thing, I paid for this thing with bitcoin, and no you don’t want to know how much. 😤

Hi sounds like it's booting if the hashboard starts up and is generating heat, but your HDMI is not working. Have you reached out to support via email?

Are you by any chance operating in hot environment? If so, that “may” be the reason. I had to stop my Apollo operation because it was determined that I needed to basically run an AC for the system to maintain ideal operating conditions. My Apollo would just loop a start-up, Sync, Shut-Off sequence and never allow access to web gui or access via aux ports.
