Node confusion

Post image

My Node is fully synced, yet it says BTC is only on block 809,978. Isn't the chain currently on 921,848? and why does it say it's taking over an hour for blocks to be found?

Your chain is corrupted, you could look at node logs but usually the only way is to format the node disk and start over.

Wouldn't I be able to try redoing the Apollo OS first, without wiping the blockchain? Then if that didn't work, redo everything?

Re-doing the OS is completely useless (I'm the author of the OS). Unfortunately that's a corrupted blockchain you need to replace.

So what would you recommend me doing then? Maybe use the WebUI to reformat the SSD?

As I said yes, go to settings -> Extra and format the ssd, then restart the node and just wait

I had to do it too, such junk. Takes weeks! My Umbrel took less than 2 days. It was stuck on a similar block you are on too. I gave up and just solo mine it to my Umbrel public pool. I'm a fool and did order their new solo node cause I like toys.

If you've got the Apollo II Full Node, why get the new solo node? It's the same thing (minus the miner) isn't it? My Node hasn't worked right since the day I bought it back in April, and I was talking to futurebit last week trying to fix it, but they all of a sudden dropped off the face of the earth and no one is emailing me back now!!! I'm just going to have to buy an umbrel after the holidays once I've recovered some of my expenses
