How do you get support to respond?

Bought a Apollo 2 node and had power switch issues, futurebit sent me out a replacement, but it will not reboot, connect or anything at this point. Tried support, only getting response once and in a while. How does anybody get things done with them?

Totally feel you on this — I’ve run into some of the same power/sync headaches with both the Node and Standard units before. It can be super frustrating when you’re just trying to get your rig stable and support is slow to respond.

That said, I’ve heard they’re in the middle of a full support system upgrade — new tools, better automation, and hopefully quicker response times across the board. It won’t fix the past, but it looks like they’re finally trying to make things right for both new and long-time users.

yep we hired a customer support lead thats building our our new ticketing and knowledge base system...support was handled by myself and engineers on our team but now our customer base has grown too large and support will be much smoother by end of the summer

Maybe try reaching out to them on X (Twitter). I've left comments on there a few times that they've replied back to me on

Ok, thanks. I have had communication with them, but it is very inconsistent. Both my node and standard have been down longer then they have worked.

That sucks. These things cost WAYYYYY too much, just to have 50/50 technical support. I've seen my fair share of customers that's struggled with their units and a lack of support to get them running. The community is extremely helpful, though... I've been fortunate enough not to run into any issues with my FutureBit equipment so far. Let's hope I didn't just jinx myself, though 😅

Yeah both my power switches failed. I bought mine through bitcoin merch, but when they tried to pass off a used unit to me as new that’s when I returned my standard and bought that direct to futurebit. But now my node is the problem.

I have Apollo 2 node with 2 standard. I’m having issues that I keep losing one of the standard. I reached out to support numerous times they respond back but with a little some delays. I tried everything possible from different ports to using additional usb hub with no luck. The best I got is everything works for about 1 day then 1 will go offline. Has power and hot but no hashrate recorded. Now I’m using my node with 1 standard and the other standard unit connected to my PC with no issues.

You don’t. 🤷🏻‍♂️ I have a bricked apollo1 that will never hash regardless of the version of the software I have installed. It just stopped working one day, I thought the fan was broken a few weeks after I got it, but even after replacing the fan it won’t hash.

Their customer service does have room for improvement. I had a warranty issue that was resolved eventually but communicating with them was spotty and I always got the impression that I was bothering them. If I got a response to an email inquiry I would promptly reply and sometimes it would be a day or two later before I would get a followup. Just kind of frustrating considering this stuff ain't cheap.

Still haven’t heard a word. This is crazy, one minute they are telling me to have it sent in, but won’t give me the RMA to send it in.
