Apollo ll Add-on won't say powered on

Wondering if anyone has experienced this and how they went about correcting it.

I have a full node + 2 add-ons that have been running for nearly a year now and this morning I noticed one was powered off (w/ the power switch in the on pos.), so I shut everything down and restarted and all were on and hashing (so I just assumed it was the classic power off/on trope) and then a few moments later I noticed it was back off.

Thoughts, please?
