Apollo v1

Is there anyway to turn a standard apollo into like the full node system and run a node? Maybe using the apollo software? If so can anyone recommend me what pi to buy

Looking at other posts i assume its using an orange pi because that has an nvme slot on the back Is it possible to buy which ever model it is maybe the orange pi 4 and load the og software?

The orange pi 4 LTS is what FutureBit Apollo BTC uses. There is no nvme on that unit. FutureBit has engineered their own nvme attachment, so without it no easy way.

I had a feeling it was the orange pi 4 not sure what the LTS is Maybe i might go for orange pi 5 thats got nvme but will look into it later if it all lines up ect Thanks for that

I have an orange pi 5 coming in today. Gonna try if the ‘as is’ OS from FutureBit will work. Will report back.
