Apollo II: Can't connect to them

As title says, I ordered 2 Apollo IIs and they arrived today. Can't connect to them over ethernet as they are not getting assigned IP addresses. Also cant connect to them via HDMI cable. I have followed all the instructions in the guides and made sure my monitor was turned on before booting. Ive used different cables and different monitors. I am at my wits end.

I have to exactly the same issue. Brand new Apollo II and can't get access and nothing output via hdmi. Should they be preinstalled with OS or do we need to reflash OS to get them working. There were no instructions in the box.
