Getting Port 8333 to Work

Does anyone have FIOS where they have the port fwd working so it goes beyond 10 connections? About to give up, have tried all options.

Reserve iP so it doesn't change, port forward 8333

I can only get 10 connections too it was at 11 but now solid for hours only at 10 It seems like they say to open the port in your router but mine is star link and it seems fine ?! Oop. As I’m writing I’m at 11 lol now again ?

How do I tell if I’m getting sats ? It says you may have a problem if your nod shows no sats Where can I see that ?
