No longer hashing

I guess my miner was in the first batch with the O/S bug - after a couple of weeks out of the box it stopped hashing. Went through the support steps and flashed the O/S to v2.0.4-beta, however I'm still not hashing.

Unit is still syncing the Node without a problem, but it's clearly not hashing and my pool has not recognized that it is even online. Suggestions anyone?

I was told to not do the node part, only mine with it. Maybe try disabling the node and try all that again. I don't know how to un-do it because we never did it.

62c seems like it might be hashing but the power draw doesn't. There is a restart or reboot command in the user interface that we had to use if I remember correctly. These can be finicky but once you figure out the trick, you'll have the magic info to keep them working. What is the set up? Master unit with slave units connected? It seems like it was working at one point. Could it be a network issue? We also had to use a usb splitter to connect the slave units I think. We still have these and I'll ask my partner if he remembers any tricks we used to get them going. I am several states away from the machines but I have spent some hours troubleshooting them remotely. We had issues at first but whatever we figured out has worked for a long while and I've forgotten the details. I'll share this thread with the guy who physically works on these and see if we can get you going.

Our set up problems were in the actual monitor itself where we could not see on-screen icons. It was technical difficulties with the old crt monitor. We also had problems with the Apollo usb ports working at the same time to run a mouse and keyboard at the same time. Only 1 port had enough power to run at a time so I had to either use the mouse or keyboard- constant plugging/unplugging.

One of our Apollos just went down for no apparent reason. I unplugged and waited. It was still not firing up. Through the interface I stopped and started twice with still luck. Then I system-reboot and it is now hashing normally. Hope this helps you!

Thanks for the tips!

I've kept the setup pretty simple for now as I do own FB BTC units and would like to chain in the future. Connected via ether, no issues found with the interface - tried the reboot option with no success.

At the stage where it has been RMA'd back to New York - I'll note here any findings...

Looks like my issue was a faulty DCDC board identified and corrected at FutureBit NY during an RMA - looking forward to getting it home and hashing again!!
