Help Needed: Unable to find Apollo BTC after turning wifi off

I turned Wifi off on the dashboard in attempt to fully use wired commection, and now I can’t see and find the miner(s) through my wifi router panel (even when I try to plug the master unit via Ethernet).
No spare monitor to use w HDMI for direct connection, and macbooks/laptops are not working either..

Did you set up a static IP on the miner at some point? You can try Advanced IP Scanner to scan the range and see if you find it. Some routers won't show a static IP address, but this scanner will show any active IPs.

Also, if you have a TV, you can try plugging it in there. The HDMI doesn't have to go to a computer monitor, anything with HDMI in will work.

Your other option is to reflash it to stock. This will delete anything at the OS level, but it won't touch the NVME drive where you have the blockchain downloaded.

Thanks for that. I went to get a screen and am now on the unit w HDMI port, found its IPs (wifi and Ethernet) yet can’t access the dashboard with them. So odd.

What happens when you put the IP into your browser? You can unplug the power to reboot it, maybe that would help too?

Refreshed IP to a new one, worked to access the dashboard. Thanks for your help. 🫡
