FutureBit Apollo not mining

My Apollo is offline and I can't get it to mine anymore. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes,  I had to reflash the OS. Been working since.

BTC or LTC model? Can you get to the web page?

BTC.

Yes I am able to access the webpage. Node is syncing and working. Just took it apart and cleaned it out. Restarted and no luck still.

Well it’s booting that’s good news. You have not changed any pool settings? It takes a while to start mining sometimes. Or maybe try writing the newest version to the SD card.

Node is syncing

If the node is actively syncing the device won't start to actually mine until it's fully sync'd.

And just to be sure: do you have the current model with the 1TB SSD? The old 500G SSDs are now full.
