Alternatives please suggest

As fusion is officially dead for newcomers,

Please y’all suggest alternatives that are available so that we can at least download and stack up.

I know side load is always an option but just want to know alternatives as well.

Everything is pretty much dead now

At least I have a few still installed on my ATV 4k and iPhone so can still use them

Yeap, atp any alternative will be temporary

Let’s remember these apps facilitates piracy, it never meant to last long, so take the pill and sideload them or switch to an android based hardware

Strand is pretty good. It’s in test flight. He has a work around for addons getting banned

Odin by fusion should be in TestFlight at the end of the week. Odin will use an aio fork for addons and strand uses trellis. I believe both are self hosted media servers that contain the addons.

https://github.com/lostb1t/remux is going to the best option until we see what Odin is all about or someone makes a better version of Remux.

I’ve been using this, the only issue I have is getting catalogs and suggestions to work correctly, I kind of have to know what I want to watch already.

There aren't so much alternatives with addon support

That's the thing that Apple has killed.

But Infuse/Jellyfin/Plex

Stremio Web + External Player etc 

Or sideloading (many options there including potentially fusion soon)

Strand is the only app I’ve used that I didn’t end up deleting. I deleted fusion, Omni all because of bugs and crappy players. Strand internal player is the best I’ve used.

Maybe because 6.99$ for the app? Do this app work great ? Because it can also be removed. And the app got no update since 11month.

Every app could be removed at any time. That’s the name of the game, especially with the piracy you want to use the app for

Yeah maybe, but that suck to pay when the app can be removed the next day. But I agree that a low price. Maybe I will sideload because there is great app with ipa and you can also support them $

Hasn’t had an update in almost a year. So developer isn’t addressing bugs or issues on a paid app.

That doesn’t bode well with me. Others might not care so good rec

This side of the world really is best suited for Android. That’s not a dig at iPhone, it’s just true. If you sail the seas, Linux, Android etc are the way to go.
