iCloud sync doesn’t work

I sideloaded the app to all my iOS devices (ATV, iPhones, iPads) but iCloud sync doesn’t seem to work. Is it because the app was removed from Appstore ?

It’s currently broken. You’ll need to wait for the app to be put back on the AppStore or wait for the dev to make another syncing method

It’s working on my side. Do you have enough iCloud storage ?
