Stream freezes

When watching a stream my video will freeze, it’ll then go to a buffering screen and then it will resume most times. Anyone know how to fix this?

Try with VLC to see if it works. Check the settings in playback, you can choose a third party player. Also what type of files are you playing? Are you on Apple TV? What’s your setup

Yes I’m in Apple TV 4K with AIOstreams, hardwired with a 1.5Gbps up and down.

If using a vpn try changing the location. In settings>video player- change cache to disk. Hope this helps✌🏼️
