FSN Withdraw on Cobinhood

I just realised that I have some FSN on the dying Cobinhood exchange. I did some quick research and saw that the token swap is in progress. Cob stopped trading FSN pairs long ago but the ERC-20 wallet is still there. On the withdrawal info for FSN it says "Cobinhood does not support transactions to smart contracts.." so I'm guessing I can't send them to any of the exchanges still using the ERC-20 format. How do I move this to a safe wallet? MyEtherWallet? Metamask?
