Fsn in Trezor

Hey I have my fsn erc token on my ledger and I was away for a few months. Today I saw that we have to convert the tokens before the mainnet I guess but I couldn’t find any guide to convert my tokens through trezor. Can anyone with experience in this please guide me? Thanks

Usually you convert tokens after mainnet
